Information contained in the legislative decree n° 196 of the 30th of June, 2003, concerning restrictions on the handling of personal data.

Personal data transmitted to the Negri Foundation during transactions on this web site will be stored and treated with all the guarantees of safety and discretion that is required by the legislative degree n° 196 of the 30th of June, 2003, and these will be used solely and exclusively to carry out the orders given and communications with the Buyer, as well as respecting the other requirements of the law. The handling that takes place involves printing, electronic and automatic transmission. In no circumstances whatsoever will personal data transmitted to us be communicated to third parties. If the possibility arises that personal data might be needed for a purpose not described above then the owners of this data will be informed immediately in a separate document and consent obtained.

In respect of the conditions required by the legislative decree n° 196 of the 30th of June, 2003, we declare that the person responsible for the handling of personal data of Negri Foundation customers is Mauro Negri.

The Negri Foundation assumes responsibility for the correct placing in archives and storage of personal data. These can only be used with the specific consent of the web-site customers.

The act of transmitting data.
Nobody on-line is ever obliged to transmit their personal data to others but without this information the Seller is unable to provide the service asked for by the Buyer. In supplying his or her personal data to the Seller the Buyer accepts that this data will be treated electronically in the manner already described in the previous paragraph.

The rights of the Buyer.
The Buyer can, at any moment exercise his right, stated in article 7 of the legislative decree n° 196 of the 30th of June, 2003, to ask for a modification, an addition, an up-dating, a confirmation or the cancellation of his or her stored personal data. To exercise these rights it is necessary to take the following steps:
