Information contained in the legislative decree n\u00b0 196 of the 30th of June, 2003, concerning restrictions on the handling of personal data.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Personal data transmitted to the Negri Foundation during transactions on this web site will be stored and treated with all the guarantees of safety and discretion that is required by the legislative degree n\u00b0 196 of the 30th of June, 2003, and these will be used solely and exclusively to carry out the orders given and communications with the Buyer, as well as respecting the other requirements of the law. The handling that takes place involves printing, electronic and automatic transmission. In no circumstances whatsoever will personal data transmitted to us be communicated to third parties. If the possibility arises that personal data might be needed for a purpose not described above then the owners of this data will be informed immediately in a separate document and consent obtained.<\/p>\n

In respect of the conditions required by the legislative decree n\u00b0 196 of the 30th of June, 2003<\/a>, we declare that the person responsible for the handling of personal data of Negri Foundation customers is Mauro Negri.<\/p>\n
